Truffle omelette


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 gr of truffle
  • red wine
  • oil, salt and pepper

Grate the clean truffle, add the eggs and beat well with a fork. Salt. In a pan heat the oil with the garlic clove and add the eggs with the truffle and three tablespoons of dry red wine. The omelette must not cook very much, it must remain very soft.
