  • 1 leg of lamb
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 4 spoons of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Chop the garlic and rosemary. Make incisions in the meat and introduce the mince. Season the lamb with salt and pepper and put it in a pan, drizzle it with the oil and put it in the oven at 180 ° for one hour.

Serve it hot accompanied with roasted potatoes.
